We obtained 3 quotes for shutters and pergolas for our house in Yaiza.  Warren was the most thorough and organised of all so we decided to ask him to do the work for us.  These have enhanced the look of the property and we couldn't be happier with the result. The shutters with mosquito netting on the inside were matched to the existing window and door frames and they keep the rooms lovely and cool even when the sun has been shining directly on the house all afternoon.  The pergolas have been beautifully shaped, stained and varnished and co-ordinate well with the shutters, thanks to Warren's and his contractors' attention to detail. These guys are fantastic! We had them in to do work on 2 villas/doors/fences/conservatory/Garage Doors.And they were the quickest,best priced and tidiest tradesmen we have ever used. We have used other tradesmen in the past but needed someone in quickly and at a reasonable price. I found Warren and his men ticked all the boxes. We will continue to use them and i can"t recommend them enough. ´We were a Little concerned that being in England while the work was going on may  have been a problem. We need not have worried. Warren literally kept us in the picture all the way with regular updates and photos. Communicating mainly by e-mail and telephone when necessary. Warren gave us the benefit of his experience with useful ideas and advice that we found very helpful.

I have an apartment in lovely private complex of Barranco Seco which I had modernised in Jan/Feb this year 2016. I needed the work to be completed whilst I was there for those 2 months. Having had referrals for a few contractors I choose Warren Sargent of Aluminium  Design. So glad I did.

Warren  was both courteous and a gentleman to deal with. He kindly let me view some of his previous work at other locations.  He  managed to order and fit double aluminium  balcony doors, refit and tile a new bathroom, new cooker etc, paint and help decorate  in the allotted time. He and his team arrived promptly every morning and  kept me informed throughout. He accompanied  me buying  bathroom and kitchen electrical fittings, which was most appreciated due to my lack of Spanish. He being fluent in  same was a huge benefit.

He know all the local areas to source materials  and offered to accompany me to Ikea  (bed linen etc)  It not normally comfortable to live in apartment whilst work is ongoing but both he and his team were most respectful of my privacy. The work was a complete success. I would highly recommend  him for any building,  painting , aluminium, electrical or any upgrade as his firm is most versatile. His price was well deserved .

Any building job causes problems and trying to arrange work in a different country is even more difficult. However we cannot be more grateful to Warren for both his advice and for the final work. He and his team have shown great attention to detail and we could not be more pleased with the final product.
